Once you post to the Discussion Forum, you can get an email notification
when someone has replied to your question. To get email notification, after
you post your question, simply click on the Email button in the upper right
hand corner of the Discussion Forum browser window, then click OK.

If you are unable to find answers to your questions using our website,
Pinnacle Systems also offers troubleshooting and technical support by email.
Email is usually responded to within 48 hours (excluding weekends and
holidays). Use the Ask a Question section of the support web site to submit
an email. Before the email is submitted, 5 suggested solutions to your issue
