16 Guarantee

We offer the end customer of this JBL product an extended guarantee of 4 years from the
date of purchase.
The guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship. Damage arising from external
influences, moisture and improper handling are exempt from the guarantee. We reserve the
right to replace or repair the defective parts under guarantee at our discretion.
No further guarantee claims will be accepted. In particular, to the extent permitted by
law, no liability can be accepted for consequential damage caused by this product. In
the event of a claim under the guarantee, please contact your specialist retailer or send the
appliance, postage and packaging paid, together with a valid purchase receipt to us.*
