6. Recognition of the Wireless Motion Detector by the
wireless alarm receiver.
Please, also refer to the manual for your alarm equipment when arranging for
the Wireless Motion Detector to be recognised by the system.
In this way, you are provided with an overview of the different alarm zones for
which the Wireless Motion Detector can be recognised.
To arrange for the Wireless Motion Detector to be recognised by the wireless alarm installation,
proceed as follows:

7. Battery replacement

• Loosen the screw of the battery cover on the rear.
• Remove the cover of the battery compartment.
• Remove the battery.
• Insert a new 9V PP3 battery.
• Slide the battery cover back in place.
• Tighten the screw of the battery cover.
8. Maintenance and Cleaning
The product requires no servicing, except for battery replacement.
Only have repairs performed by a specialist or specialist workshop.
Clean the product with a soft, clean, dry and lint-free cloth. If you wish to remove heavier dirt,
use a cloth, slightly moistened with lukewarm water.
Never use solvent-based cleansing agents, since these might damage the surface of the plastic
housing.
9. Disposal
a) General information
Please dispose of the device, when it is no longer of use, according to the current legal require-
ments.
b) Batteries and rechargeable batteries
As a consumer you are required (Battery Ordinance)to responsibly dispose of all used batteries and
rechargeable batteries;it is forbidden to throw them away with the normal household waste!
(Rechargeable) batteries and accumulators that contain pollutants are marked with
the symbols shown here, indicating that it is prohibited to dispose of them in
household waste. The designations for the heavy metals involved are: Cd =
cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead.
You can return your used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge to the offi-
cial collection points of your community, in our stores, or in any shop where batter-
ies or rechargeable batteries are sold.
You thus fulfil the legal requirements and make your contribution to protecting the environment!
