Cleaning and Storage

CAUTION!
❐ Disconnect the device from the mains power before you do any cleaning.
❐ The massage seat cushion and all the accessories must not get wet.
❐ Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the device. These can damage
the surface.
• Make sure that the device is not connected to the mains power and has cooled down.
• Clean the device only with a slightly damp cloth.
• When storing it away, do not press the device together too strongly and do not use force. It
could be damaged.
• Do not wrap the mains cable around the mains adapter.
• Keep the device in its respective packaging in a dry place which is protected from sunlight
and is not accessible to children.

Troubleshooting

If the device should stop working properly, fi rst check whether you are able to correct the prob-
lem yourself. Otherwise you should contact the customer service department. Do not attempt
to repair a defective device yourself!
Problem
The device does not
work.
No heat is produced.

Possible cause
The device is not receiving any
power supply.
The PWR button was not
(correctly) pressed.
All massage zones are deacti-
vated on the controller.
The device is not switched on.
The heat function is not
switched on.

Solution
Check whether
• all cables are correctly connect-
ed to each other.
• the mains adapter is inserted in
the plug socket..
• the plug socket is defective.
• the fuse of your mains connec-
tion is inserted.
Press the PWR button.
Press the button for a massage
zone to activate it. The associated
LED ought to light up.
Press the PWR button. The LED
must light up.
Press the WÄRME (HEAT) but-
ton. The LED must light up.
