c) Setting address and measuring mode

• If you remove the device from the bottom part of the housing, you will see on the lower side
of the electronic blank a 4 pin DIP switch (see figure below).

• The DIP switches 1, 2 and 3 set the addresses of the weather sensor system (address #1
to #8 selectable).
• The DIP switch 4 is designed for setting the measuring mode. The address 8 and the
measuring setting "°C" (degree Celsius) are set ex works.
• If you want to transmit the temperature-radio data to an appropriate weather station, then
you must set the address of the sensor according to the description of your weather station.
A few minutes after the selection of the address, the measured value is indicated at the
display of the outdoor sensor of the weather station.
• Select the measuring mode (°C/°F) with the DIP switch, see figure above.
• Close the housing as described in chapter 8.b).
