c) Starting a new recording series

• If you wish to start a new recording series, you can do this without interrupting the operating
voltage via a software reset.
• To this effect, press the button for approximately 10 seconds.
After 5 seconds, the control lamp flashes; after 5 further seconds it goes out.
• Release the button; the software reset is carried out.
• After a software reset you must effect a new synchronization with the reception compo-
nents.

9. Handling

• Protect the product from dampness, cold, heat, dust and strong sun radiation.
• Never disassemble the product. Have the unit repaired by an experienced technician only,
otherwise the approval /guarantee of the device will expire.
• Use the product only if it is firmly mounted e.g. in a switch cabinet. The screwed on
connections must be covered to prevent them from being touched.

10. Maintenance

The product does not require any maintenance. You should never open/take it apart.
