Operation

Once you have made all the required connections, the audio/video transmission set
is ready for operation.
Switch the transmitter and the receiver
on with the ON/OFF switches on the
sides of the casings.
Switch on the AV source device and
playback device.
The picture and sound signals are trans-
mitted now from the AV source device to
the reproduction device.
To control the AV source device, direct
its remote control towards the IR window
on the front of the receiver and operate
the key for the function you require.
Put the switch to the "ON" position.
When the device is turned on, a red
LED is lit beneath the transparent cover
on the front of the device.
You may have to start the playback on
the AV source device and activate it on
the playback device of the AV input.

If there is any picture or tone interferen-
ce, please read the section "Eliminating
problems".
Hold the remote control at a distance of
between 0.3m and 4.5m at an angle of
max. +/-15° to the IR window on the
receiver.
