In addition, for safety and compliance reasons, you are not
authorised to dismantle or alter the device in any way.

Initial activation
Plug the timer into a mains socket to enable the in-built reserve
battery to charge. As soon as the LCD display shows the time,
you can start adjusting the settings.
- Reset/delete all settings
Press the reset button (2) with a pointed object. This deletes all
the data and is necessary in order to set the clock. All visible
symbols (test function) will appear in the display (1) for approx.
5 seconds, followed by the time 00:00:00 MO AUTO/OFF.
Setting the time
Please note that if no entry is made within around
10 seconds, the timer will revert to the time display. Any
information already entered will be stored.
Before setting the time, switch to summer time if necessary
(+ 1h). See section "Daylight saving time".
