Intended Use
The Conrad professional airbrush set is used to spray micro-pigmented colours, glaze and water colours in
private areas. Commercial use is not permitted.
The compressor is only permitted for connection to 220-240V~/50Hz alternating current. Do not use other
power supplies.
This product is only authorised for use in closed rooms, i.e. not outdoors. Contact with moisture must be
avoided at all times.
Any use other than that described above could lead to damage to this product and involves the risk of short
circuits, fire, electric shock, etc.
No part of the product should be modified or reassembled.
Always observe the safety instructions.

tion on its correct operation.
• For safety and approval (CE) reasons, unauthorised conversion and/or modifications to the product are
not permitted.
• Prior to commissioning, check the compressor and the mains connection for damage. If the device is dam-
aged, do not put it into operation.
• The compressor is constructed in protection class II and may only be operated on a socket of the public
power supply network.
• The mains plug may never be plugged in, or unplugged, with wet hands. There is danger of a life-threat-
ening electric shock.
• The compressor is still connected to the mains when it is switched off. To disconnect it completely from the
mains, the mains plug has to be pulled out of the socket.
• If the power line is damaged, do not touch it. First of all cut off the power supply to the relevant mains socket
(e.g. via the circuit breaker) and then pull the mains plug carefully out of the mains socket. Never use the
product if the power cable or the product itself is damaged.
• Check the compressor and the power cable from time to time for damage.
• Avoid subjecting the product to severe mechanical stress. Do not expose it to high temperatures, strong
vibration, high degrees of humidity or dripping or spray water.
• This product is not a toy, it is not suitable for children. Children cannot assess the dangers involved in
handling electrical devices.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may become dangerous playing material
for children.
• When in doubt about how to connect the device correctly, or should any questions arise that are not an-
swered in these operating instructions, contact our Technical Advisory Service or another expert.
• Also observe the safety instructions in the individual sections of this operating guide.
• When using tools while you are working with your airbrush set, observe the safety instructions of the tool
manufacturer(s).

Thank you for purchasing this airbrush set. In so doing you now possess a complete system for airbrushing.
The airbrush gun allows the finest details.
The compressor can also be used within residential housing without the nuisance of loud operating noises.
The provided acrylic colours are soluble in water, can be mixed and are non-toxic.
The set convinces by the following features:
• Low-noice compressor (oil-free)
• Double-action-gun (Air and colour supply can be controlled seperately with only one lever)
• 0.3mm spray nozzle for finest details
• 7ml colour tank with lid on the gun

Startup
• Remove the upper nut (3) from the air connection of the compressor.
• Plug the airbrush holder (4) into the air connection on the compressor and screw it on with the nut (3).
• If you use the optional pressure control valve (1) also screw it to the air connection of the compressor.
• Connect the bigger cap nut of the air hose (5) to the air connection (2) on the pressure control valve (1) (if
used) or directly to the air connection on the compressor.
• Connect the other end of the air hose (5) to the hose connector (14) of the airbrush gun.
• Fill the paint cup with paint. The paint should be considerably more diluted than when used for painting with
a normal brush. It should have a milky consistency.
• The provided paint can be diluted with water.
• Plug the mains plug (6) of the compressor into a mains socket.
• Activate the compressor using the ON/OFF switch (7) (postion O = off, position I = on).

To ensure correct initial operation, please read these operating instructions and the safe-
ty instructions carefully before using the appliance!
Always use suitable respiratory protection when working with the airbrush gun.
Make sure that the place where you are working is sufficiently ventilated.
Do not smoke or eat while you are working, or in the direct vicinity of where you are
working.
When using paints that contain inflammable solvents, there is a risk of explosion.
Therefore avoid naked flames and sparks.
Using the pressure control valve (1) from the accessories is recommended since it allows the
setting of the working air pressure.
