Correcte toepassing
Met de PC kabeltester kunt u kabels testen en doorgang controleren.
De kabeltester mag enkel aan de hand van een 9 V blokbatterij of 9 V gelijkspan-
ningsbron met min. 200 mA in werking gesteld worden.
U mag de kabeltester enkel in gesloten ruimtes, dus niet in de open lucht, gebruiken.
Het contact met vochtigheid zoals b.v. in de badkamer e.d. moet in ieder geval ver-
meden worden.
Een andere toepassing dan hier beschreven heeft de beschadiging van het apparaat
tot gevolg. Dit is bovendien met gevaren verbonden zoals b.v. kortsluitingsgevaar,
brandgevaar, elektrische schokken, enz. Het volledige product mag niet worden
aangepast of omgebouwd en u mag de behuizing niet openen!

The unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the PC Cable Tester is inadmis-
sible because of safety and approval reasons (CE).
Keep the PC Cable Tester out of reach of children! The product is no toy!
Observe the safety regulations laid down by the professional trade association for
electrical equipment and installations in industrial and commercial facilities.
When in doubt about how to connect it correctly or should there be questions that
are not replied to in these operating instructions, please contact our Technical Advi-
sory Service or another expert.

manual.
Commissioning
Operate the PC Cable Tester either via a 9V compound battery or via an appropriate
DC source.
Operation via battery:
Open the covering on the bottom of the device and connect a 9V compound battery
to the connector ensuring correct polarity. Then, close the battery covering.
Polarity inversion involves immediate damaging of the product!
Operation via DC source:
Plug the low-voltage plug into jack (22).
The DC source has to be able to supply a current of at least 200 mA.
Never overload the DC source.
