Do not use bleach. Do not use any
cleaning agents containing bleach
(such as heavy duty detergents).
Do not dry in a tumbler dryer.
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.

Storage

RISK OF DAMAGE TO THE
PRODuCT AND / OR OTHER
PROPERTY! Before putting it away,
let the heated shawl / wrap cool down. Otherwise
material damage could occur.

PROPERTY! Do not crease the
heated shawl / wrap by placing items on top of
it during storage. Otherwise material damage
could occur.
If you do not intend to use the heated shawl /
wrap for any length of time, store it in the
original packaging in a dry environment and
without weighing it down.

Disposal

The packaging and ancillary packing
consist of environmentally friendly mate-
rials. They can be disposed of at your
local recycling facility.
Do not dispose of electrical
devices with the household
rubbish!
In accordance with European Directive 2002 / 96 / EC
(covering waste electrical and electronic equipment)
and its transposition into national legislation, worn

out electrical devices must be collected separately
and taken for environmentally compatible recycling.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for
more details of how to dispose of your worn out
heated shawl / wrap.

Warranty / Service centre

We provide a 3 year guaranty starting from the day
of purchase for any material and factory faults of
the heated shawl / wrap.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from improper use.
·
Wear parts.
·
Defects that were known to the customer at the
time of purchase.
·
Damage for which the customer was responsible.
This warranty does not affect the customer's legal
rights.
The customer must provide proof of purchase in order
for any warranty claims within the warranty period
to be honoured. Claims under the warranty within a
period of 3 years from the date of purchase are
honoured by

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has
the right to have the goods repaired by our own
workshop or a workshop authorised by use. The
heated shawl / wrap must not be opened for any
reason. Opening or modifying the device invalidates
the warranty. This warranty does not grant any ad-
ditional rights to the customer. Complaints are often
initiated by difficulties encountered during use.
