Charging the Battery

ATTENTION! The battery must be fully charged before using the machine for the fi rst time!
The voltage indicated on the charger must conform to the voltage of your power supply.
1. Insert the charger jack into the cordless
screwdriver.
2. Plug the adapter into an outlet and the red
LED battery control light will come on. The
device is charging. The control light goes
out if you unplug the adapter from the power
supply.
Battery Capacity Indicator
Press the operation switch (10) and the switch for the battery capacity indicator (5) together. The
indicator (4) displays the charge level of the battery using 3 coloured LEDs.

Cleaning and Care

• ATTENTION! Disconnect the device from the power supply, before performing any maintenance or
cleaning operations!
• Clean housing only with a damp cloth. Wipe the device with a dry cloth afterwards. Never use
alcohol, acetone, gasoline, solvents or aggressive cleansers!
• ATTENTION! Do not use the charger, if the power cord has been damaged. The charger/adapter
cannot be repaired and must be disposed of.
• ATTENTION! There are no further serviceable parts inside the device.

• If all LED's are lit: Battery fully charged.
• If the yellow and red LED's are lit: Suffi cient
battery capacity remaining.
• If the red LED is lit only: Battery empty.
