In free standing models, anchor the safe solidly to the floor and wall, by using chemical plugs in case of concrete
and expandable metal plugs in all other cases. For larger models, a hollow base can be purchased from a
catalogue at the dealer's, which will raise the safe for greater ease of use and allow for ballasting with concrete,
rocks, metal plates, etc. Before ballasting, prepare the holes for the bolts anchoring the safe to the floor.
The dealer shall not liable for the malfunctioning or servicing of safes in the event of negligent or faulty
installation, in hard-to-reach places or in excessively damp rooms, which may cause malfunctioning due to
oxidation or the rapid exhaustion of the batteries.

WARRANTY

Before leaving the factory, your safe has been double-tested. However, as damage may occur during transportation,
check for regular functioning before proceeding with mounting operations. The safe is guaranteed against
defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period repair will
be performed the defective safe or and the defective pieces changed free of charge when approved by the
manufacturer or by authorized Service Centers.
This warranty is not valid without proof of purchase (fiscal receipt or invoice) or in the case of damage
deriving from misuse, faulty mounting, tampering of components or lack of care, non-observance of the
instructions contained in this manual or other causes not depending from the manufacturer. The warranty
does not include liability for costs incurred by the customer for repairs performed by unauthorized personnel
or deriving from malfunctioning or from suspended use.
The warranty shall in any case elapse after five years from the date of manufacture as attested by the testing
certificate.
ON-SITE REPAIRS
When requesting the intervention of the Service Center, it's an essential requirement to specify the date of
purchase (see receipt or invoice) and the model and security code of your safe as reported on the testing
certificate. In case it is impossible to return the safe to the factory for repairs, the Service Center can provide
specialized personnel for on-site repairs and/or replacement of defective components, if any.
In this event, even under warranty, the customer will be charged subsistence costs, car allowance
and any expense incurred.
If warranty has elapsed, the customer shall pay for labour and parts as well.
IMPORTANT: STORE INSTRUCTIONS AND THE ATTACHED COMPUTER-GENERATED
TESTING CERTIFICATE OUTSIDE THE SAFE.
