Manipulating the thermostat
To adjust the temperature, set the thermostat knob on one of the surrounding figures. Position 1
corresponds to the least cold setting: the higher the number, the colder the temperature setting.
When the thermostat is in position OFF, your freezer is off
Quick Freeze function
When the lever is positioned on the "Super" function you get maximum performance from your
appliance. This function enables you to freeeze a large quantity of fresh food very quickly. When
starting the appliance, we recommend that you activate the "Super" function for at least 24 hours
and then place the lever in an intermediate position. Your appliance will then be ready to be used.
The "Super" function can only be deactivated manually by positioning the thermostat lever in an
intermediate position.
The appliance is always powered.
Prolonged opening of the door will cause the internal temperature to rise.
Your appliance's internal temperature is closely linked to the ambient tempera-
ture, how frequently the door is opened and the amount and temperature of the
food you have put in your appliance.
