Deep-freeze information

Food must be frozen as rapidly as possible
when they are put in a refrigerator in order to
keep them in good quality.
The TSE norm requires (according to
certain measurement
refrigerator to freeze at least 4.5 kg of
foodstuff at 32°C ambient temperature to
-18°C or lower within 24 hours for every
100-liters of freezer volume.
It is possible to keep the food for a long
time only at -18°C or lower temperatures.

desired mode by adjusting it to fridge
(2/4/6/8 °C) or freezer (-18/-19/-20/-
21/-22/-23/-24) temperatures. You can
keep the compartment in the desired
temperature with the Flexi zone Storage
Compartment's
Button. The temperature of Flexi zone
Storage Compartment can be adjusted
to -6, -2, 0 and 10 in addition to fridge
compartment temperatures. "0" degree is
used to store the deli products longer, and
-6 degree is used to keep the meat up to 2
weeks in an easily cuttable condition.
