Deleting individual messages

Press the – button while the message to be deleted is being played.

Deleting all messages

After all messages have been played, press and hold the – button until a beep is heard.

Recording a memo

You can leave a memo for other answering machine users.
1. Press and hold the ¢ button for 2 seconds.
2. The message rE appears in the display.
3. Start to record your memo after the acoustic signal.
E. g. Hello Alan, the files you need are in my drawer. You can copy them if you want."
4. To end recording, simply release the ¢ button.
The message can be played by pressing the q/p button of the answering machine or
via the remote access function using a normal telephone.

Recording a telephone call

You can record a complete conversation, namely what both you and the caller say.
If any other answering machine function is in progress, press the “/s button
before beginning to record a call.
1. Lift the handset to take the call.
2. Press the ˆ button for 2 seconds during the call.
3. 2r appears in the display.
The answering machine then records the telephone call.
4. Press the “/s button to end recording.
Press the q/p button to play back the call recorded.
