Proceed as follow:
c) Always stick the fastening bolt through the
coupling.
d) The quick­release fastener needs to be attached
securely and closed accurately.

OPERATION

The maximum additional load is 35kg. Please
consider the following points for the usage:
➔ Never transport a child, whose motor
function or size is not yet enough distinct to
hold on independently to the handlebar.
➔ A fitting bicycle helmet must always
be worn by the child.
➔ Equip your child with bicycle gloves as well
as suitable breathe­active bicycle clothing.
➔ To protect the child from dirt and flies it should
always carry eyeglasses, depending upon
weather, if necessary with UV protection.
➔ Remember that your child is active on the
Streamliner and can fatigue. Therefore always
plan appropriate trips as well as sufficient
recovery breaks. Likewise provide sufficient
drinking and eating during the trip.
➔ Actively communicate with your child during
the trip, so that it learns when to change gear
and brake.

MAINTENANcE

Depending on your usage scenario, examine the
wearing parts in regular intervals. Parts, which
should be examined before each trip for wear and
function:
➔ air pressure of the wheel
➔ spoke tension and rotation of the wheel
➔ function of the shock
➔ correct & secure fit of the wheel
➔ gear shift and breaks as well as function
of the shock

ASSEMBly INSTRucTION FOR STREAMlINER+
Warning: The Streamliner+ should only be
assembled by a professional bike mechanic.
Check the bolts between front & rear end
before every ride.
The Streamliner+ is NOT shipped completely.
The following assemby steps need to be carried
out before first use:
1. Connecting the front end to the rear end
a) Slide the front end into the down tube of the
main frame. Make sure it completely overlaps.
b) Make sure the safety pin is inserted into front
AND rear frame.
c) Bring the front and rear end in line and make
sure they are not twisted against each other.
d) After the alignment tighten the bolts with a
torque of 9Nm!

2. Cutting the steerer (optional)
a) Cut the steerer to the desired length. Please
keep in mind, that you might want to reposition
the stem in the future ­ so don't cut too short!
b) Install the star nut.
c) Adjust the headset.
3. Attaching the handlebar
➔ Remove the handlebar from the Streamliner
and attach it to the Streamliner+.
4. Attaching and adjusting the front brake
a) Attach the brake lever on the side where it
is missing (after removing grip and shifter)
b) Install the brake cable and adjust the brake
pads. You might want to switch the cable
so that right lever is rear and the left front.
c) Reinstall the grips.
d) Install the shift­ und brake cables in the braze­
ons on the frame
