Lubrication
The axle bearings should be lubricat-
ed occasionally with a small amount
of LGB Maintenance Oil (50019).
Cleaning
This model can be cleaned externally
using a mild detergent and gentle
stream of water. Do not immerse this
model.
Replacing the light bulbs
Head/tail lights: Pull the lantern
glass away from the model. Remove
and replace the bulb. Reassemble.
Interior lights 2:
- Remove the screw on the back wall
of the car (Fig. 1).
- Reach with two fingers into one set
of open windows and carefully pull
the sidewalls outward to disengage
the roof from the body. Repeat with
the other set of open windows.
- Carefully lift the rear portion of the
roof and slide the roof backward.
- Carefully remove the wiring cable.
- Remove the screws and take off the
light cover.
- Remove and replace the light bulb.
- Reassemble. Be careful not to
pinch the wiring cables.
