Using code
The mobile phone and the SIM cards support sorts of passwords, in order to prevent
the phone and the SIM cards from being misused. When you are prompted to input
any of the codes mentioned below, just input the correct code and then press the OK
key. If you input a wrong code, press the Right soft key to clear it and then input the
correct code. To modify the PIN, PIN2, and/or phone lock code, open Menu, choose
Settings > Security settings > Change password.
Phone lock code
You may be asked to enter lock code after you switch on the device for the first time
(default code is "0000" or "1234").
3.2 Installing memory card
Installation
• Press and hold the End key for a while to power off the mobile phone
• Push the back cover up and remove it.
• Pull the battery up, then lift the battery away.
• Unlock the card slot sliding it in the indicated direction. Insert the SD card into
the slot securely, with gold plate of the card facing downward, and close the slot.
