General Information
The TUNZE® Wavebox 6208 (1) is a wave generator
for small and medium-sized aquariums from 150
to 800 liters (40 to 211 US gal.). It produces an
oscillating current which precisely corresponds
to the wave formation and water movement in
reef zones. The Wavebox is controlled by the
Wavecontroller 7092 (2) or the Multicontroller
7096 (3), which optimally uses the wave's energy
which correspond to the resonant frequency of the
aquarium. The resonant frequency is set with the
Wavecontroller, which enables the wave to rise the
maximum height within the aquarium. An enormous
water movement is then effectively generated with
a very low power consumption. The flow generated
by this movement reaches all areas of the tank,
including corners and behind stones.

TUNZE® Comline® Wavebox 6208 (1) est un
générateur de houle pour aquariums de petites
ou moyennes dimensions de 150 à 800 litres,
produisant un brassage oscillant à l'identique d'une
houle sur une zone de platier récifal. La Wavebox
fonctionne suivant un principe d'oscillation piloté par
Wavecontroller 7092 (2) ou Multicontroller 7096 (3)
et utilisant la résonance propre de l'aquarium afin
de créer une énergie de houle. Cette fréquence
est déterminée par le Wavecontroller permettant
ainsi d'atteindre une puissance et un déplacement
d'eau optimal sous une consommation électrique
particulièrement réduite. Tout le volume d'eau de
l'aquarium est en mouvement, jusqu'à la plus petite
zone à l'arrière de la décoration.
