Initial operation with Multicontroller
Comline® Wavebox 6208 can also be integrated
in an aquarium with Turbelle® pumps. The circular
current of the Turbelle® and the washing of the
waves produced by the Wavebox complement
each other and result in a strongly pulsating circular
current (reef top biotopes). The Multicontroller can
be set with or without pulse operation.
Principle
The „Slave" cable of the Wavecontroller is connected
to one of the two channels on the Multicontroller (1);
the internal jumper is set to „External" (cf. the chapter
on „Functions of the Wavecontroller / jumper). The
Multicontroller should be operated in „Interval 1"
mode with an ideal time intervals of six hours
(high and low tide). With one circulation pump and
one Wavebox, the tank is provided with six hours
of circular current (2) and six hours of washing of
waves (3) With two pumps and one Wavebox, the
tank is provided with six hours of circular current
without waves (4) and six hours of circular current
in another direction with the washing of waves (5).
Mise en service avec Multicontroller
Comline® Wavebox 6208 s'intègre aussi dans
un système de brassage par pompes Turbelle®.
Le brassage circulaire des pompes Turbelle® et
la houle générée par la Wavebox se complètent
pour générer un puissant brassage circulaire
pulsé (conditions de biotopes «platier récifal»).
Le Multicontroller est utilisable avec ou sans
génération de houle.
Principe
Le câble «Slave» se branche sur l'un des
canaux de sortie du Multicontroller (1), jumper
du Wavecontroller sur «Extern» (voir Fonctions
du Wavecontroller / Jumper). Nous conseillons
l'utilisation du Multicontroller en mode «interval 1»
avec une durée optimale des intervalles de 6 heures
(flux et reflux). En utilisant une pompe de brassage
+ Wavebox, le bac connaîtra 6 heures de brassage
circulaire (2) et 6 heures de houle (3). Avec deux
pompes + Wavebox, le bac connaîtra 6 heures de
brassage circulaire sans houle (5) et 6 heures avec
houle (4).
