Koch Guitar Electronics ("KOCH") undertakes
the following warrantee obligations for the abo-
ve mentioned product.
If within 12 MONTHS after receipt of the pro-
duct by the purchaser manufacturing or material
faults are established - at our discretion - these
aforementioned faults shall be repaired free of
charge providing the below-mentioned conditi-
ons have been complied with. We shall not be li-
able for more or other than the aforesaid war-
ranty obligations.
This warranty is only valid if the below-
mentioned conditions have been complied with:
1. You may only make claim to the aforesaid
warrantee if you have submitted the Warranty
Registration Card, stamped and accompanied
by the name of the supplier and sales receipt.
2. This warranty expires if no date of purchase
is stated or the serial and/or model number do
not correspond to the product.
3. The warrantee obligation expires if the pro-
duct is used inexpertly or is not used in accor-
dance with the instructions for use; or if the pro-

duct has been damaged by alteration, modifica-
tion, misuse, or neglect; or if the product has
been serviced by persons not authorised by
Koch Guitar Electronics.
4. In the first instance the purchaser should di-
rect complaints, if any, to the supplier which has
issued this warranty.
5. In the event of repairs, the purchaser must
send the product together with the sales receipt
and this warranty provided with an explicit com-
plaint description to an Authorized Koch Dealer
or Koch Service Centre. Transportation costs
are not included in this warranty.
