Problems
The digital photoalbum cannot be switched on.
Not all JPEG files are recognised.
Memory card can not be recognized

Solutions
Make sure that the built-in battery is fully charged or that
the power supply unit is connected to the frame correctly.
Only JPEG files from digital cameras are recognised. JPEG
files downloaded from the internet or JPEG files created
with an image processing application may not be recog-
nised.
Check whether the type of memory card is compatible
with the device.
Switch off the device and check the correct insertion di-
rection of the memory card.
Check the memory card for damage.
Please note that some digital cameras save images in a
non-standard format. Consult the user manual of your
digital camera for further information.
