Funktionsprinzip
Die verschmutzte Flüssigkeit (8)
fliesst vom Verbraucher herkom-
mend in die Vorfilterkammer (1),
welche den Flüssigkeitsstrom
beruhigt.
Die Flüssigkeit strömt nachher
von oben her von den Rippen
geführt nach unten, an der Mag-
netwalze (2) vorbei. Die starken
Magnetkräfte ziehen die magne-
tisierbaren Partikel an die Walze
(2). Nach unten verengt sich der
Durchfluss. Die Spaltbreite, das
heisst die Durchflussmenge
resp. die damit zusammen-
hängende Filterwirkung kann mit
dem Griff «Durchflussverstel-
lung» (3) verändert werden.
Die Magnetwalze (2) dreht konti-
nuierlich. Das Abstreifblech (5)
streift den an der Walze (2) haf-
tenden Schmutz ab und leitet
ihn in den Schmutzbehälter (10).
Das gereinigte Medium (11)
fliesst nach unten in den Rein-
tank oder in die Filtermulde ei-
nes Nachfilters ab.

Funzionamento
Il liquido sporco (8) proviene
dall'utilizzatore e fluisce nella
camera del prefiltro (1), che
serve a calmare la corrente del
liquido.
In seguito, il liquido scorre dall'
alto verso il basso, guidato dalla
costolatura, oassando davanti al
cilindro magnetico. I potenti cam-
pi magnetici attraggono al cilin-
dro (2) le particelle magnetizzate.
Il passaggio del liquido si rest-
ringe verso il basso. La fessura,
vale a dire il volume di liquido e
quindi l'effetto filtrante diretta-
mente proporzionale, può essere
regolato mediante la manopola di
regolazione del flusso (3).
Il cilindro magnetico (2) gira in
continuazione e viene ripulito dal
raschiatoio (5) dalle particelle di
sporco che vi aderiscono, che
vengono poi condotte nell'appo-
sito collettore (10).
Il liquido così filtrato (11) scorre
verso il basso nel serbatoio
pulito oppure nella vaschetta di
un filtro supplementare.

flows to the stabilizing chamber
(1), where the flow is tranquili-
zed.
The liquid then flows from the
top, guided by the ribs, down-
wards to the magnetic cylinder
(2). The strong magnectic power
attracts the magnetizable partic-
les against the cylinder (2). The
opening is tapered towards the
bottom. The slot width determi-
nes the flow capacity, thus the
respective filtering effect may be
adjusted over the «flow capacity
adjustment» handle (3).
The magnetic cylinder (2) turns
continuously. The wiper sheet
(5) wipes the dirt stuck to the
cylinder (2) and evacuates it into
the dirt collector (10).
The cleaned media (11) flows
downwards into the clean media
tank or into the filtering basin of
a subsequent filter.
