Attention:
To avoid damaging the appliance. Make sure you place the pusher in the feed tube as indicated
opposite.
Please note:
Do not use the appliance to grate or slice food that is frozen or too hard.
Do not use the appliance to chop meat
4.3 Sorbet ice maker
Freeze peeled and pitted fruits for at least 24 hours
Always peel bananas and cut fruits into smaller pieces that will fit into the attachment before
freezing.
Defrost frozen fruits for 10- 15 minutes before use
Attach the fruit sorbet attachment by inserting it into the appliance at the 3 o'clock position and
turn it anti-clockwise to the 12 o'clock position.
Place the frozen fruits into the top of the chute of the attachment and push down with the
pusher. Never use your hands.
Let the machine cool down every 2-4 minutes of use
If the sorbet comes out mushy, the fruit isn't frozen enough.
Riper bananas are sweeter. You can use them to create a creamy, sweet base with your other
fruits.

Maintenance and cleaning
The appliance must be carefully cleaned after each use. If it is not cleaned properly, this could
cause a proliferation of harmful microbes.
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning the motor unit.
Never let liquid get into the motor unit's ventilation openings.
If necessary, use a damp cloth and clean the outside of the appliance only.
Clean the accessories, holder and pusher with warm water and washing-up liquid. Thoroughly
rinse and dry them. These elements can be washed in a dishwasher.
Do not use harsh cleaning products or abrasive sponges. Do not use solvents.
If the plastic parts become colored by food such as carrots, rub them in with a cloth moistened
with edible oil and then clean as usual.
Caution:
Never immerse the motor unit in water or any type of liquid.
Handle the cones with care as the cutting edges are extremely sharp. Always hold the cones by
the plastic part.
6. Disposal of the old device
Old electric and electronic devices frequently still contain valuable materials. However, they
also contain damaging substances, which were necessary for their functionality and safety. If
these were put in the non-recyclable waste or were handled incorrectly, they could be
detrimental to human health and the environment. Therefore, do not put your old device into the
non-recyclable waste under any circumstances.

Utilize the collection point, established in your town, to return and recycle old electric and
electronic devices. If necessary, contact your town hall, local refuse collection service or your
dealer for information.
