5.4 Word Clock

at the input, then the DMI-2 auto-

5.4 Word Clock
Synchronisation
In digitalen Studioeinrichtungen soll-
te ein zentraler Master-Word-Clock
verwendet werden, der an die ent-
sprechende BNC-Buchse des DMI-2
angeschlossen werden kann. Das
DMI-2 synchronisiert sich als Slave
auf diesen Master-Word-Clock.
Liegt kein gültiges Word-Clock-Si-
gnal am Eingang an, aktiviert das
DMI-2 automatisch einen internen
Word-Clock-Generator. Über die
Word Clock Out-Buchse fungiert
das DMI-2 dann als Word-Clock
Master.
Die Verteilung der Masterclocksigna-
le erfolgt über 75 Ohm BNC-Kabel.
