Cause
More than 1 kg was placed on scale.
Too many banknotes were placed at
once.
The coin cup is on the scale and you
want to count banknotes.
Too many banknotes were removed at
once.
A key was pressed during the counting
process.
More than 1 kg is on scale when turning
it on.
More than one coin roll was removed
at once. The scale cannot identify the
removed coin rolls.
The scale cannot identify the coin roll, it
is either incomplete, it has more coins
than it should have or there is a wrong
coin inside.
The scale has been switched on and
shows this message instead of the
standard weighing mode.
Procedure
Remove the complete weight from the scale and restart
the counting process using a smaller amount.
Remove some of the banknotes and continue the counting
process. Do not place more than 15 banknotes at the same
time (when starting the counting process on RS 1000 and
RS 1200).
The coin cup is not required to weigh banknotes. Remove
it and restart the counting process.
The counting result of the current sort was not saved.
Remove all placed banknotes and count them again.
The counting process was cancelled. Remove weight from
scale and restart the counting process.
Remove weight from scale.
Remove all coin rolls and restart the counting process.
Remove coin roll and check if it is correct.
Place scale on an even surface and make sure that no
external parts interfere with the cup support.
