REFERENCE: Reference weight
This function allows you to count coupons, tokens, letters, etc. It is required to place 20 units of the
desired coupons or letters on the scale and save their respective weight as a reference. This function is
then activated. To use the reference weight mode, press
a saved FLOAT value). You will then be able to place the desired amount of coupons or letters on the
scale. To delete the reference or to delete its value, go to SETUP and on REFERENCE: press OK twice.
Note: Do not use coin cups in the reference weight mode!
FLOAT (RS 1200, RS 2000)
A fix float amount is often kept in the cash draw. After setting this amount in the setup menu, please
press in the counting mode to activate it. The money scale will then deduct the float amount from
the total sum. Therefore, the counting process starts with a negative value.
Note: If the float amount has exceeded, an acoustic signal arises.
Counting result without float function
RS 1200/2000:
Press for 2 seconds to activate or deactivate the float function without having to go to SETUP
menu (Float on). Please note that there should not be a saved REFERENCE value in SETUP.
Free weighing mode:
Use the free weighing mode to weigh objects up to 1 kg. Press
that there should not be any saved FLOAT or REFERENCE value).
