TROUBLESHOOTING
Insufficient sound quality
For optimal sound quality place the speaker on a solid
surface with the back of the speaker positioned close
to a wall.
The playback device may be out of the speaker's range.
Try to position the device closer to the speaker.
Avoid placing the playback device close to devices
that may cause electronic interferences, such as other
Bluetooth® devices, cordless phones, microwave ovens or
wireless routers.
Reduce the number of applications running on your
playback device (such as Apps on mobile phones). Running
many applications at the same time ties up computional
resources and may lead to bad audio quality.
When using online content: Has the data been loaded/
buffered sufficiently?
Turn off the speaker and turn it back on and try to
connect it to another playback device.
There is no or bad quality playback when using the
AUX-IN cable
Are all active Bluetooth® devices disconnected from
the speaker?
Is the 3,5mm AUX-In cable on both devices, the speaker
and the playback device, plugged in properly?
When connecting to a PC: Is the speaker selected as
the audio output device in the audio settings of the
computer?
