The speaker cannot be switched on
•
Is the device charged completely?
•
Has it been connected to a working socket-outlet?
Speaker does not connect via Bluetooth®
•
Is Bluetooth® activated on your playback device?
•
Did you choose „neepho Sonority" in your Bluetooth®
device list and was the connection confirmed (signal
tone)?
•
Is another Bluetooth® device still connected to the
speaker? This device has to be disconnected before
connecting the new playback device.
•
Is the playback device within the range of the speaker?
Does the connection work when the speaker is put closer
to the playback device?
•
Is
the
devices nearby? Switch off these devices or deactivate
their Bluetooth® function.
•
Does the playback device already play music?
•
Is the playback device in mute mode?
•
Turn the speaker off and turn it back on. Then try to
establish a new connection.
•
Try to establish a connection with another Bluetooth®
playback device.
