The Mincer
For solid foods
Firm vegetables or fruit should be cut into walnut-sized pieces before mincing. Use a high,
narrow jug. Switch on the mixer and apply gentle pressure on the ingredients, moving it from
side to side. Hold your free hand over the jug if there is any splashing. If working with large
quantities, start with a smaller amount and add to it as you go on. The longer you chop, the
finer the result.
The Whisk
Place the appliance on the bottom of the jug, then switch on. Stir the mixture or liquid gently
– the
-Zauberstab is working for you. Preparing mayonnaise with the whisk presents
no problem. The method is the same as described for the beater.
The Beater
The beater is slightly angled. This is not a manufacturing fault!
Soups and sauces can be blended directly in the pan. Light cake doughs can be
beaten and aerated directly in the bowl. The mixer should be held at an angle and moved
slowly up and down to obtain the desired result. Never lift the beater out of the mixture while
it is running!

skimmed milk can be processed to whipped cream. Also
the blending of soups and sauces is no problem.
For every kind of food, which shall become foamy and
light.
