Essential information about channels
The measured temperatures at the sensors will be transmitted via radio waves (433,92 MHz)
via three channels. When you have installed more than one sensor, you are able to switch
between the sensors by pressing the CHANNEL-button. Hold the Channel button for some
seconds (confirming beep) to change over to the auto-scroll-mode, where there is a change
between the sensors every five seconds. To deactivate the auto-scroll-mode olease press
another time on the CHANNEL-button. When you only work with one sensor, or only one
channel is booked I, the CHANNEL-button has no function.
Attention!
If you work with more than one sensor, please take care, that every sensor is
adjusted at a different channel (by adjusting the moving switch inside the
sensor's battery compartment (
The display of sensor temperatures at the base station
When you have inserted all batteries in all units, you should see in the top display the outer
temerature. If not, you should press with a pointed item (pen, nail, etc.) the button TX/Hold
RESET at the back side of the transmitter. At least then it should book in at the base station.
If not, you should rotale the sensor in 45° steps, press again the a.m. button and wait for a
short time, unit locks in.
If there had been a functional transmission, and the display flashing "-.-", there might be
interruption of transmission or log-in of another unit. Check first if you can switch to the
desired channel via the CHANNEL-button. If this doesn't work, confirm that your batteries are
fully operational. If this is okay as well, make a forced transmission by pressing the TX/Hold
RESET-button at the sensor.
Installing 12/24 Hours
The unit will be delivered in the 24-hour-time-system usual in Europe. The mode can be
changed manually. When your base station is showing the humidity or the outer temperature,
you should change over to the time mode by pressin once or twice on the Indoor-button.
When time is displayed, you should press the second button from the left (HOLD 12/24) at
the back side of the base station for approx. 3 sec., then there will be a change of the two

should change by pressing the indoor button. Then press at the back side of the unit for a
short time the second button from the left (°C/°F), then there will be a change between the
two display

Pressing the HR-button (third button from the left) at the back side of the base station will
count the hours upwards, pressing the MIN-button (forth button from the left) will count the
minutes. If you press the buttons for longer the counting will speed up. Press it until you
reach the correct time. Counting in the other direction is impossible, so if you exceed the
wanted time you have to start again counting through the hours or minutes.

the relative humidity (RH). Please note, that the hygrometer at the base station can measure
only humidity grades between 20% and 99%.

If this fails it is likely that since you first installed the sensor the unit has encountered electronic
or magnetic disturbances that interfere with the function of the unit. This can be confirmed by

1. Do not clean the units with abrasive or corrosive compound. It may scratch the plastic parts
and corrode the electronic circuits.
2. Do not subject the units to excessive force shock, dust, temperature or humidity, which may
result in malfunction, shorter electronic life span, damaged battery and distorted parts.
3. Do not tamper with these units' internal components. Doing so will invalidate the warranty of
unit and may cause unnecessary damaged battery and distorted parts.
4. Do not expose the units to excessive direct sunlight. The remote sensor is splash proof.
Never immerse it in water or expose it in heavy rain.
Installing the base station / Insertion of batteries
Open the gap fort he batteries at the back side of the unit (by moving the door indirection of the

3. After an additional short pressing of the button the upper alarm temperature is flashing (at the
first time +50°C, afterwards the last adjusted upper temperature). This you can adjust with the
buttons + and – (the known buttons HR and MIN, the third and fourth button from thie left side at
