weise, die Gefahren für Leib und
Leben von Personen beinhalten,
sind mit diesem Gefahrensymbol
gekennzeichnet.
Dieser Achtungshinweis steht an
allen Stellen der Betriebsanleitung,
die besonders zu beachten sind,
damit der richtige Ablauf der Arbei-
ten eingehalten, sowie eine Besch ä-
digung und Zerstörung des Ventila-
tors verhindert wird.

Technische Beschreibung
3.1
Produktbeschreibung RZP/REP
Die Radialventilatoren rotavent, ein- oder
zweiseitig saugend mit Direktantrieb
durch EC-Einbaumotoren, sind zur
Förderung staubfreier Luft und sonstigen
nicht aggressiven Gasen oder Dämpfen
geeignet.
Das nicht gasdichte Spiralgehäuse, aus
verzinktem Stahlblech gefertigt, ist ein-
und austrittsseitig (REP) bzw. austritts-
seitig (RZP) für den Anschluß von
Flanschen vorbereitet.
Das Radiallaufrad mit rückwärtsge-
krümmten Hohlprofilschaufeln ist direkt
auf den Rotor des EC-Motors aufgebaut.
Die Einbaumotoren sind in Schutzart IP
54 ausgeführt.
Der elektrische Anschluß erfolgt am
Klemmenkasten.
Bei Aufstellung im Freien oder bei Förde-
rung sehr feuchter Luft ist ein Kondens-
wasserablaufstutzen - als Zubehör
erhältlich - an der tiefsten Stelle des
Gehäuses vorzusehen.

Technical Description
Product description RZP/REP
The rotavent series of centrifugal fans,
with single or double inlet and with direct
drive through built-in EC-Motors, are
suitable for the transport of dust-free air
and other non-aggressive gases or
vapours.
The scroll casing, which is not gas -tight,
is made of galvanised sheet steel, is
provided with flange connections at the
inlet and outlet (REP) or at the outlet only
(RZP).
The Centrifugal impeller with backward-
curved blades is mounted directly onto
the rotor of the built-in motor. The built-in
motor is designed to protection class IP
54.
Connection is done by a terminal conduit
box or a separate cable.
If the motor is to be set up outdoors or if
very damp air is to be moved, then a
condensation drain plug - available as an
accessory - should be inserted in the
lowest point in the casing.

Teknisk beskrivning
Produktbeskrivning RZP/REP
Radialfläkten rotavent, enkel- eller
dubbelsugande, direktdriven eller med
ytterrotormotor i luftströmmen, är lämpad
för transport av dammfri luft och andra
icke aggressiva gaser eller ångor.
Den icke gastäta kåpan av förzinkad
stålplåt, är förberedd för flänsanslutning
på in- och utloppsidan (REP) resp.
utloppsidan (RZP).
Fläkthjulet med bakåtböjda skovlar är
direktmonterat på rotorn till ytterrotormo-
torn.
Ytterrotormotorerna är utförda i skyddsart
IP 54.
Inkoppling görs på kopplingsplint resp.
med en löst utdragen kabel.
Vid uppställning i det fria eller vid trans-
port av mycket fuktig luft eller gaser skall
en kondensavloppsstos, som finns som
tillbehör, monteras i kåpans lägsta del.
