SC Aster – Error Messages & Protections
1� If you hold the fire button for longer than 10 seconds, the device switches itself off for
safety reasons� This is indicated by "Over 10s" on the OLED screen�
2� When the resistance of your coil is lower than 0�1 ohm in VW, Bypass or Smart mode or
lower than 0�05 ohm in TC or TCR mode, the screen will
display "Atomizer Low"�
3� If a short circuit in connection with the clearomizer occurs the device will display "Atomizer
Short" and turn off automatically� In this case, use another clearomizer head or make sure
the existing head is properly installed�
4� If no clearomizer is connected, "No Atomizer" appears on the screen�
5� When the voltage of the cell is below 3�3V, the screen will first display "Battery Low" and
then "Lock"� Charge the cell to reactive the Aster�
6� When the voltage of the cell is below 2�9V, the screen will display "Weak Battery"� Meanwhi-
le, the output power will be reduced accordingly�
