APPLICATION / ACTIVITY

Use the appliance only for household purposes, as indicated in the operating instructions.

BEFORE FIRST STARTING
•
All parts of the appliance must be thoroughly cleaned before first use.
•
Before installing the appliance, make sure that the mains cable is disconnected from the
socket and that the speed switch is set to "0".
•
Rotate the tilt switch up to the stop to unlock the mixing head. Raise the head to the
maximum position, and the tilt switch automatically returns to the starting point. The mixing
head is thus locked in its tilted position.
•
After lifting the mixer head, place the splash guard on the mixer head (see figure page 2).
•
Place the mixing bowl on the intended stand, corresponding to the grooves. For locking
turn bowl clockwise.
•
Select the desired insert, depending on the mixing task to be carried out. Attach the
kneading hook / whisk / whisk to the shaft on the blender head. Align the slots on
accessories with elevations on a shaft, on a shaft. Slide the accessory in the direction of
the mixing head and turn it counterclockwise. Make sure that the insert is firmly locked on
the shaft.
Otherwise the unit will not work properly.
USE
•
Make sure that the speed dial is set to "0" and that the plug is plugged in.
•
Put the ingredients (<40 ℃) in the bowl. Do not overfill the bowl.
•
Push the tilt switch up to the stop to release the blender head from its tilted position. Lock
the mixer head firmly.
•
Plug the power cord into an appropriate outlet.
•
Turn the speed control to the desired setting. To avoid splashing ingredients over the bowl,
always start with the lowest level. Depending on the processing process, select a higher
level. Please follow the suggestions in the section "Mix Tips" below.
•
Allow the unit to operate for 10 minutes, a pause of about 10 minutes. Otherwise, the unit
automatically stops working to prevent overheating.
•
Use the pulse function if you want to mix something at high speed. Turn the speed control
counterclockwise to the "pulse" position and do not hold it for more than 30 seconds at a
time.
•
From time to time, you can interrupt the operation to remove sticky food from the side
walls with a dough scraper. Always turn the appliance off to remove food during stirring.
•
When mixing is complete, set the speed controller to "0" and pull the power plug.
