5. Hold the handle with one hand so that you can simultane-
ously press one of the pushbuttons ( or TURBO). You will
obtain a better result if you work in pulse mode.
6. Disconnect the power plug from the outlet after use.
7. Immediately clean the device after each use as described
under "Cleaning".

CAUTION:
Do not use the cutting, grating, and rasping set to process
soft cheese (e.g. Gouda), hard cheese (e.g. Parmesan), and
cooking chocolate.
Select a tool and the speed for the application according to the following table. Make a note of the indicated quantities and the

1. Pre-cut the food so that it will fit through the feed shaft (13).
2. Place the lid onto the bowl. Tighten it until it audibly clicks
into place.
3. Plug the power cord into a properly installed earthed socket.
4. Hold the handle with one hand so that you can simultane-
ously press one of the pushbuttons ( or TURBO).
5. Fill the feed shaft with your ingredients. Use the pusher (11)
to press the food down into the feed shaft. Apply moderate
pressure on the pusher. Pay attention to the maximum
filling capacity of the work bowl (1,250 ml).
6. Disconnect the power plug from the outlet after use.
7. Immediately clean the device after each use as described
under "Cleaning".
