before using the device for the first time.

Intended use
The device may only be operated under the following
prerequisites:
 Operation exclusively in living spaces, office spaces
and commercial spaces without condensing mois-
ture.
 Operation exclusively for air purification.
 Covering the device during operation is prohibited.
Persons, including children above the age of 8 years,
that are not able to safely operate the unit due to their
physical, sensory or mental capabilities are not permit-
ted to use the device without supervision by, or instruc-
tion from a responsible person.
Children must not play with the device.
Unsupervised children are not permitted to perform
cleaning and user maintenance of the device.
Foreseeable incorrect use
Any use other than the specified intended use is regard-
ed as incorrect use.
Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG accepts no liability of
any kind for the consequences of incorrect use.
All warranty claims for damage and deficiencies result-
ing from a failure to adhere to the instructions in the op-
erating manual are null and void.

Environmental protection

The packing materials can be recycled. Please
dispose of packaging in accordance with the en-
vironmental regulations.
Electrical and electronic appliances contain valu-
able, recyclable materials and often components
such as batteries, rechargeable batteries or oil,
which - if handled or disposed of incorrectly - can
pose a potential threat to human health and the environ-
ment. However, these components are required for the
correct operation of the appliance. Appliances marked
by this symbol are not allowed to be disposed of togeth-
er with the household rubbish.

 The packaging, device and accessories are made of

cordingly.

 Dispose of all materials in accordance with the local
regulations.
 Old electrical devices may not be disposed of via the
normal household rubbish! Dispose of old devices in
an environmentally friendly manner. Old devices
contain valuable, recyclable materials that should
be recycled.
 Exhausted filter cartridges can be returned to the
address specified on the new filter cartridge packag-
ing.
The warranty conditions issued by our relevant sales
company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possi-
ble malfunctions on your device within the warranty pe-
riod free of cost, provided that a material or manufactur-
ing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please con-
tact your dealer (with the purchase receipt) or the next
authorised customer service site.
All specified data applies only to the product description.
These specifications cannot be used to infer specific
