The hex bit adapter can be accessed by removing the
adjusting screw from the end of the handle. Any 1/4" hex
bit can be inserted into the opening. The bit is held in place
by a spring-retention system.
B L A D E S H A R P E N I N G
When sharpening the serrated knife blade, be sure to use a
sharpening system designed to accommodate serrations.
This will ensure that proper curvature of the serrations and
the cutting effectiveness of the blade are maintained.
M A I N T E N A N C E
The Crunch is 100% high-grade stainless steel. No steel is
truly "stainless." It is actually "corrosion-resisting steel," and
corrosion can occur if not properly maintained.
Your Crunch multi-tool should be cleaned, dried and re-
oiled periodically, especially after use in a damp
environment. After cleaning, re-oil pivoting areas with a
light machine or penetrating type oil.

If within 25 years from the date of purchase you find any
defect in material or workmanship with your Leatherman
multi-tool, return it to Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. or an
international authorized repair center. For repair centers in
your area contact the address shown below.
The warranty does not cover abuse, alteration,
unauthorized, or unreasonable use of your Leatherman
multi-tool. This warranty does not cover sheaths,
accessories or colored finishes.
To obtain service, return your tool to the address shown
below or contact us for the location of the closest
authorized repair center. At our option, we may replace
your multi-tool rather than repair it; and if discontinued,
replace it with a product of equal or greater value.
Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. is not liable for incidental or
consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty also gives you specific legal rights, and
you may also have other rights that may vary from
jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Schärfen Sie die Wellenschliffklingen nur mit speziell dafür
geeigneten Verfahren, da andernfalls die Zahnung der
Messerschneide verändert und ihre Funktion beeinträchtig
werden kann.

Das Crunch besteht aus 100% Edelstahl. Allerdings ist auch
Edelstahl nicht vollkommen korrosionsfrei. Eigentlich ist das
Material „korrosionsträge" und kann bei unzureichender Pflege
rosten.
Das Crunch-Multi-Tool ist regelmäßig zu reinigen, zu trocknen
und nachzuölen. Dies gilt insbesondere dann, wenn es Feuchtigkeit
ausgesetzt war. Nach der Reinigung ist auf die Scharniere ein
leichtes Maschinenöl oder ein rostlösendes Öl aufzutragen.

Sollten Sie innerhalb von 25 Jahren ab Kaufdatum am Leatherman-
Multi-Tool einen Material- oder Herstellungsfehler feststellen,
senden Sie es an die Leatherman Tool Group, Inc., oder geben Sie
es an eine Vertragswerkstatt. Adressen von Vertragswerkstätten in
Ihrer Nähe erhalten Sie unter der unten angegebenen Anschrift.
Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf unsachgemäße
Behandlung und Modifikation sowie unsachgemäße oder
unvernünftige Verwendung des Leatherman-Multi-Tools. Diese
Garantie gilt nicht für Etuis, Zubehör und Farbbeschichtungen.
Zur Inanspruchnahme der Garantie senden Sie das Werkzeug an
die unten angegebene Adresse, oder fragen Sie uns nach der
nächstgelegenen Vertragswerkstatt. Es liegt in unserem Ermessen,
das Multi-Tool an Stelle einer Reparatur zu ersetzen. Sollte das
entsprechende Modell nicht mehr verfügbar sein, ersetzen wir es
durch ein mindestens gleichwertiges Produkt.
Die Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. haftet nicht für Folgeschäden
aus dem Gebrauch des Werkzeugs. Der Haftungsausschluss für
Folgeschäden entfällt, wenn er nach den Gesetzen Ihres Landes
nicht zulässig ist.
Weitere, Ihnen nach dem Gesetz zustehende Rechte werden

Le Crunch est fabriqué à 100 % d'acier inoxydable de haute
qualité. Aucun acier n'est réellement « inoxydable ». C'est en
réalité, de « l'acier résistant à la corrosion » et de la corrosion
peut quand même apparaître s'il n'est pas bien entretenu.
Nettoyez, séchez et huilez régulièrement votre multi-tool
Crunch de Leatherman, surtout après l'avoir utilisé dans un
environnement humide. Après l'avoir nettoyé, huilez à nouveau
les zones pivotantes avec une huile mouvement légère ou une
huile pénétrante.

Quite el tornillo de ajuste para tener acceso al adaptador
hexagonal en el extremo de la empuñadura. Se puede insertar
cualquier punta hexagonal de 1/4 pulgada en la abertura. Un
sistema de retención con resorte mantiene la punta en su lugar.

Su multiherramienta Crunch debe limpiarse, secarse y aceitarse
periódicamente, especialmente si se la usa en un ambiente
húmedo. Después de limpiarla, aceite todas las áreas giratorias
con aceite liviano para máquinas o aceite de tipo penetrante.
