If the nursing table does not move up or down:
•
The safety tray may be affected. If so, remove
the object which is obstructing/touching the tray.
•
The power has not been switched on.
•
Check that all the cables are plugs are intact and
connected as they should be.
If the nursing table still does not function, please
contact Pressalit Care. Do not attempt to repair the
motor, control box or wired hand control yourself,
otherwise the warranty will become void.
Technical information:
The nursing table is height-adjustable from
300 - 1,000 mm above floor height.
To reduce the risk of pinching/compression injuries,
particularly fingers and heads, it is important to
comply with the following distances from the sides of
the table to other fixed equipment: Less than 4 mm,
between 25 and 60 mm or more than 300 mm
(BS/EN 12182:2012 - Assistive products for per-
sons with disablility. General requirements and test
methods).
The motor is IP51-rated, protected against dust
and water drops. The control box is IP22-rated, i.e.
protected against water drops at a 15 degree angle
and objects of a diameter of 12.5 mm or more.
The wired hand control is IP66-rated, i.e. protected
against dust and powerful water jets. The plug of the
wired hand control connecting to the control box is
IPX1-rated, i.e. protected against water drops.
The instructions in this document assume
that the nursing table has been installed
according to the installation instructions
from Pressalit Care.
