a risk that children or pets may swallow it.
• Batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into fire. Never recharge non-rechargeable
batteries, as this may cause an explosion.

• Do not use the multidetector in areas that contain explosive or flammable liquids, as these may be
ignited by sparks inside the appliance.
• The ambient conditions (such as high humidity or proximity to other electrical appliances) may affect the
accuracy of the multidetector. The composition and condition of walls (e.g. moisture, metallic building
materials, conductive wallpapers, insulation materials and tiles) and the number, type, size and position
of measured objects may distort the readings.
