Wählen Sie die entsprechenden Fräserarten aus beiliegender Tabelle aus. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich ALFRA-Originalwerkzeuge! Diese wurden speziell für dieses Gerät entwickelt.
- Seite 9 Spindeldrehzahl Motor Die Drehzahl ist stufenlos zwischen 11.000 und 25.000 frei wählbar und am Einstellrad des Motors einstellbar. Achtung! Die Spindeldrehzahl muss dem zu bearbeitenden Werkstoff angepasst werden, z.B. Metall St.37, weiche Metalle Reglerstellung 1 - 2 ) Nichteisenmetalle Reglerstellung 3 - 4 ) Richtwerte! Kunststoffe Reglerstellung 4 - 6 ) (bei Kunststoffen Schmelzpunkt beachten)
- Seite 10 Achtung! Keine Gewaltanwendung. Einstellung der Fasengröße Mittels der Einstellmutter kann die Fasenbreite mit der Skala ausgewählt werden. Einstellungen nur bei still stehender Frässpindel vornehmen. Achtung! Das Gewinde der Verstellschraube ist regelmäßig von möglichen Spanrückständen zu säubern. Motor Ein- und Ausschalten Das Einschalten des Fräsmotors erfolgt durch den schiebbaren Ein- und Ausschalter auf der Oberseite des Motors.
