Patio heater, Telescope
Read the user manual carefully to make sure that the product is assembled, used and
maintained correctly, as described in the instructions in this user manual. Keep the user
manual for future reference.
NOTE! See assembly instruction on page 16.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• The patio heater is intended for private use only.
• The power cable must be connected to an earthed socket at 220–240 VAC
50 Hz.
• There must be at least 50 cm of free space above the patio heater and at
least 100 cm of free space at the side of the patio heater.
• Wall mounting: The patio heater must be installed at least 180 cm above
the floor, measured from the underside of the patio heater.
• Handle the patio heater with care. It must not vibrate and must stand steady.
• The heating element of the patio heater becomes hot when the patio hea-
ter is switched on and remains so for a while after switching off. Do not
touch the heating element! Remove the power plug from the socket and
wait until the heating element has cooled down before touching it.
• Never cover the patio heater, irrespective of whether it is on or off.
• Due to the risk of fire, do not fit or place the patio heater close to flam-
mable objects, such as curtains. Make sure that no combustible material
– such as curtains, tents, flags, cling film, etc. – covers or interferes with
the appliance as a result of wind or other environmental effects.
• Do not wrap the power cable around the patio heater.
• All repairs must be carried out by an authorised service workshop.
Damaged power cables must be replaced by a qualified electrician.
• Do not allow children to play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance
must not be carried out by children unless under supervision.
• Do not place the patio heater below or close to the electrical socket.
• Do not use timers, programmers or any other equipment that automati-
