Remote trainer (receiver)
To turn the remote trainer on, press and hold the On/Off button until the green LED light
comes on. Release the On/Off Button and if the remote trainer is in normal mode, the
green LED will flash once every five seconds, indicating the remote trainer is on and
ready to receive a signal from the remote control. To turn the remote trainer off, press
and hold the On/Off button until the red LED light shuts off. (This takes approximately
three seconds) After that release the On/Off button.
Note: To extend the life of the batteries, turn the remote trainer off when it is not in use.
How the remote control buttons work
Dog toggle switch (1 / 2)
Located on the upper left face of the remote control is a toggle switch, allowing switch
between Dog 1 and Dog 2.
Tone only button (black with bar)
Sends an audible tone to the remote trainer. No vibration is delivered.
Vibration only button (orange with dot)
Delivers vibration through the Contact Area on the remote control at the level shown on
the digital display. When held down for ten consecutive seconds, the remote trainer will
"time-out", and vibration cannot be delivered for five seconds. You must release and
press the button again after the five second time-out period, before additional vibration
can be delivered.
Vibra Up Button ( ): Increase vibration level by 1.
Vibra Down Button (
Light only button (black with bar)
Sends a light command to the collar. No vibration is delivered.
