ASSEMBLY
A. Attach the outer column to the base with counterweight.
1. First unscrew the bolt at the bottom of the base with counterweight and
remove the bolt and the little metal plate from the bottom of the base. These
parts were only added for transport. They are not needed anymore at this stage.
2. Put the right-angle bolt through the bottom of the base with counterweight.
3. Screw on the outer column, so that it is attached to the base with counter-
weight.
