coming dirty. When cleaning the helicopter make sure it is switched off and that
the charger cable is not connected. Clean the helicopter with a soft cloth or a soft
brush. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents.
Handling the Lithium-Polymer-rechargeable battery (LiPo)
To charge use only the charger cables included in the delivery. Any manipulation
to the charger cables can lead to serious damage. Regularly inspect the charger
cables for damages and do not use damaged charger cables. During charging
the helicopter must be standing on a non-flammable, heat resistant, and non-
conductive surface. Flammable and highly flammable materials must be remo-
ved from the charging area. After the charge is complete the rechargeable battery
must be disconnected from the charging cable. Storage: LiPo cells may only be
stored fully charged: After flying the helicopter always recharge and store fully
charged.
No liability will be accepted for damages caused by incorrect handling of the
LiPo-rechargeable battery. Never throw LiPo-rechargeable batteries into a
fire or other heat source. Never try to open the LiPo- rechargeable battery or
destroy it in any other manner.
Do not store the helicopter and the LiPo- rechargeable battery in an automobile
or any other location where temperatures may rise above 60°. In extreme cases
the LiPo-rechargeable battery will heat up so strongly that it may explode. Avoid
direct exposure to sunlight.
• Never throw the LiPo- rechargeable batteries on the ground
• Never hold plus and minus poles together or onto metal objects
• Do not open the LiPo
• Do not use the LiPo near an open flame or in the vicinity of temperatures over
80° C
• Do not immerse the LiPo in water and do not make it wet
• Do not charge the LiPo in direct sunlight or in the vicinity of open flames
• Do not strike nails or other metal objects into the LiPo
• Do not squeeze or strike the LiPo.
• Do not throw or spin the LiPo
• Do not use the LiPo if it is noticeably deformed or damaged.
• Do not solder directly on the LiPo
• Do not charge or discharge the LiPo in reverse polarity
• Do not contact the LiPo with the socket or cigarette lighter in your car
• Use the LiPo for your helicopter only and not for any other application
• Do not touch a leaking LiPo with your bare hands.
• This device is not meant to be used by persons (including children) with limi-
ted physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lacking in the experience and/
or knowledge of use, unless they are being supervised by a person responsible
for their safety or have received instructions from this person on how to use
this device. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
this device.
Behaviour in case of fire with the LiPo cells
If the LiPo cells, by any external incident, catch fire following actions are absolu-
tely essential. Remain calm and act in a collected manner. Block off the danger
zone. Immediately evacuate onlookers, pedestrians, and other persons from the
scene of the fire in the direction into the wind. As far as possible remove all flam-
mable objects from the danger zone. Do not inhale gasses and smoke. Risk of
intoxication. Do not try to extinguish the fire with water, risk of explosion.
Suitable extinguishers are:
Dry sand, fire extinguishers, fire blankets, suitable fire proof lids, salt water. Ap-
proach the scene of the fire with the wind from behind you and apply extinguis-
hers wholeheartedly and according to directions. That means throw extinguisher
sand completely and at once over the fire and cover it airtight.
The scene of the fire can only be cleared after it has completely cooled off and
after a longer period of waiting (> 2 hours) and the remnants are to be disposed
of in hazardous waste according to legal stipulations, when doing so wear protec-
tive gloves. Should there be any doubts as to the extinguishing attempts call the
fire department for assistance. (112).
HANDLING BATTERIES
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of in domestic waste,
but rather in hazardous substance waste. The person placing them on the market
is legally obliged to take back used batteries. You may bring used batteries to
our store or other stores in your vicinity or to community collection areas free of
charge. Regularly check the batteries and remove after use to prevent them from
leaking. Batteries must be inserted according to polarity. Only use recommen-
ded batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries must not be recharged. Used batteries
must be removed from the toy and disposed of as recommended by the manu-
facturer. Terminals must not be short circuited. Rechargeable batteries must only
be charged under adult supervision. Unequal battery types or new and used bat-
teries must not be used together.

Gebruik
De helikopter nooit bij direct zonlicht of bij intensief licht laten vlie-
gen aangezien dit de sturing kan belemmeren. De lens van de zender niet af-
dekken omdat dan geen signaal kan worden doorgegeven.
Geen etiketten op de helikopter plakken, zij kunnen de ontvangst storen. Han-
den, haren en loshangende kleding uit de buurt van de propeller houden. Geen
wijzigingen of modificaties aan de helikopter aanbrengen.
Gebruiksomgeving
Alleen in tochtvrije ruimtes en niet in de open lucht laten vliegen. Benodigde
plaatsruimte ~ 10 m (L) x 6 m (B) x 2,5 m (H).
OPGELET: Gevaar voor de ogen! Ten minste 3 meter veiligheidsafstand houden.
Er mogen zich geen personen, dieren of andere hindernissen in de gebruiksom-
geving bevinden.
Onderhoud
De kabels, stekkers en rotoren regelmatig op beschadiging controleren. Bij
eventuele beschadigingen mag de helikopter niet worden gebruikt. Voordat
men de helikopter weer kan laten vliegen, moeten de beschadigde delen zo-
als voorgeschreven worden vervangen. Zorg ervoor dat de helikopter niet vuil
wordt. Let er bij het schoonmaken op dat de helikopter uitgeschakeld en de
laadkabel niet aangesloten is. De helikopter alleen met een zachte doek of
zachte borstel schoon maken. Geen schoonmaak- of oplosmiddel gebruiken.
De omgang met de Lithium-Polymeer-accu (afgekort LiPo-accu)
Voor het laden mogen alleen de meegeleverde laadkabels worden gebruikt.
Elke manipulatie aan de laadkabel kan grote schade tot gevolg hebben. Con-
troleer de laadkabels regelmatig op beschadiging en gebruik nooit bescha-
digde laadkabels. De helikopter mag tijdens het laden alleen maar op een niet
brandbare, hittebestendige en niet-geleidende ondergrond staan. Brandbaar
en licht ontvlambaar materiaal moet uit de laadomgeving worden verwijderd.
Na het laden mogen de accu en de laadkabel niet met elkaar verbonden blijven.
Opslag: LiPo-cellen mogen alleen in geladen toestand worden bewaard. Na het
vliegen moet de helikopter steeds onmiddellijk worden geladen en alleen in
een geladen toestand worden opgeborgen.
Voor schade door een foutief gebruik van de LiPo-accu's stellen wij ons
niet aansprakelijk. Gooi de LiPo-accu's nooit in het vuur of soortgelijke
warmtebronnen. Probeer nooit de LiPo-accu's te openen of op andere wij-
ze te vernietigen.
Bewaar de helikopter en de LiPo-accu's nooit in de auto of op een plaats waar
de temperatuur boven 60° kan stijgen. In extreme gevallen kan de LiPo-accu
heel heet worden en daardoor exploderen.
Voorkom directe zonnestralen.
• Gooi de LiPo-accu's nooit op de grond
• Houd de plus- en minpool nooit tegen elkaar of tegen metalen voorwerpen
• Open de LiPo niet
• Gebruik de LiPo niet in de buurt van vuur of bij omgevingstemperaturen van
meer dan 80° C
• Dompel de LiPo niet in water en maak hem niet nat
• Laad de Lipo niet onder invloed van directe zonnestralen of in de buurt van
vuur
• Sla geen spijkers of metalen voorwerpen in de LIPO
• Druk of sla de LiPo niet plat
• Werp of smijt de LiPo niet
• Gebruik de LiPo niet als hij duidelijk zichtbaar is gedeformeerd of beschadigd
• Soldeer niet in de directe omgeving van de LiPo
• Laad of ontlaad de LiPo niet met omgekeerde plus- en minpolen
• Breng de LiPo niet in contact met het stopcontact of de sigarettenaansteker
in de auto
