a.) Remove the cover of the shutter up/down
switch you are using and remove the switch
from the flush-type box.
b.) Establish the electrical connection via the
screw terminal blocks (C), see diagram.
Connect screw terminal blocks "S1",
"S2", and "S-C" as shown in the diagram
above to a shutter/roller shutter up/down
switch, if present. Screw terminal block
"S-C" is the common connection for both
switches; connection "S1" is used for
switching function "F" (down), while con-
nection "S2" is used for switching function
"S" (up). However, you can also operate
the "Roller shutter" wireless flush-type
switch without a connected switch, using
just wireless technology.
c.) Place the "Roller shutter" wireless flush-
type switch in the flush-type box so that
the operating button and the LED are facing
you. Make sure that the cables do not
become squashed or damaged in any way.

d.) If the shutter/roller shutter up/down
switch is to be mounted in the same
flush-type box, wait until you have finished
programming the "Roller shutter" wireless
flush-type switch. You should therefore
refer to the sections below before closing
the flush-type box or surface box and
starting up the product.
STARTUP
Teaching the wireless
flush-type switch to
recognise a wireless
transmitter
a.) Connect the "Roller shutter" wireless
flush-type switch to a standard 230 V AC
mains voltage in the correct manner, as
described in the section above.
b.) Press the button (2) until the LED (1)
flashes red.
