14. Troubleshooting

The camera does not switch on.
• The battery is empty. Recharge the battery.
• The battery is not inserted.
The camera has stopped working.
• Hold down the POWER/MODE button (4) to turn the camera off, and then
switch it on again,
• Remove the battery and insert it back into the camera after approximately
one minute.
Files cannot be saved to the memory card.
• The memory card is not formatted. Format the card via the general settings
menu.
• The memory card is damaged. Try using a different memory card.
• The memory card is not compatible (see „Technical Data").

15. Disposal

a) Device

Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be placed in
household waste. Always dispose of the product according to the
relevant statutory regulations.
Remove the batteries from the Actioncam and remote control and
dispose of them separately from the product.
