Gewährleistung:
Wir übernehmen für dieses Gerät für 36 Monate vom Kaufda-
tum an volle Gewähr. Diese Gewährleistung gilt für einwand-
freies Arbeiten bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung und
Beachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung. Während der Dauer der
Gewährleistung werden auftretende Mängel und Fehler am
Gerät kostenlos beseitigt, soweit sie nachweislich auf Material-,
Verarbeitungs- und/oder Konstruktionsfehler beruhen.
Rügt der Besteller einen Sachmangel, so trägt er die Beweislast
dafür, dass das Gerät bereits bei Erhalt der Ware mangelhaft
war.
Die Gewährleistung bezieht sich nicht auf solche Mängel, die
durch Abnutzung, fahrlässigen Gebrauch oder zweckentfremde-
te Verwendung entstanden sind.
Weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere Ansprüche auf Ersatz von
Schäden, die nicht an der LED Leuchte selbst entstanden sind,
sind ausgeschlossen.

Warranty and claims:
We warrant that any product of our own manufacture which
shall not be, at the time of reception by the client, free from
defects in material, construction or workmanship under normal
use and service will be repaired by us free of charge. This war-
ranty is valid for 36 months from date of purchase. The client
has to prove that the defect was already present at the time of
reception.
The warranty shall not apply to any equipment which has been
subject to misuse, neglect, abuse or improper use. Observance
of the user instructions is mandatory. In no event shall we be
liable under this warranty for any other damage, consequential
damages etc. incurred by the original purchaser or any third
party in connection with the purchase.
