Speakers are not placed at correct positions.
Polarity of speaker wires are incorrect.
The +/- wires of speaker are not correctly connected.
Adjust the alt and bass again.
Check if the volume of mike is adjusted to minimum.
Check if the mike wires are open or short circuit.
Volume and tune are not adjusted to suitable level.
Reverberation and time delay are set at minimum.
Mike is broken.
Bad contact for input signal wire or plug.
Signal is not transmitted with shielding conductor.
There're welder or power generator or other interfering sources nearby.
Assistant equipment fault.
