6.2 ALLGEMEINES
Die
folgenden
Kontrollen
regelmäßigen Abständen erfolgen:
- Überprüfen Sie, ob die Sicherheits- und
Reglereinrichtungen korrekt funktionieren
(monatlich).
- Überprüfen Sie, ob die Anschlussklemmen
am
elektrischen Schaltpult und am
Kompressor
fest
sitzen.
Schaltkomponeneten
regelmäßigen Abständen gereinigt werden.
Bei eventuellen Beschädigungen sollten
die Kontakte ersetzt werden (monatlich).
- Überprüfen Sie, ob der Kompressor eine
Ölleckage aufweist (monatlich).
- Überprüfen Sie
die Funktion und die
Spannungszufuhr der Stillstandsheizung
(monatlich: nur Niederdruckversion).
- Reinigen Sie die Kondensatwanne und
Kondensatleitung (monatlich).
- Reinigen Sie die Filter der Wärmetauscher
mit
Druckluft
in
der
entgegengesetzten Richtung. Sollten die
Filter stark verstopft sein, reinigen Sie sie
mit einer Wasserdüse (monatlich oder
öfter).
- Überprüfen
Sie
den
Gleichgewicht der Ventilatorflügel (alle 4
Monate).
- Kontrollieren Sie den Geräuschpegel des
Gerätes (alle 4 Monate).

6.2 GENERAL
It is a good rule to carry out periodic checks
in order to verify the correct working of the
unit:
- Check that all safety and control devices
are working correctly (monthly).
- Check if all the terminals on the electric
board and on the compressor are well
locked. Sliding terminals of the contactors
should be cleaned periodically: In case of
damage, please replace the contactors
(monthly).
- Check that there is no oil leakage from the
compressor (monthly).
- Check if the compressor crankcase heater
is properly supplied and is functioning
correct (monthly: low temperature units
only).
- Clean the draining pan and the pipeline
(monthly).
- Clean
the
finned
compressed air in the opposite direction of
the airflow. If the filters should be fully
clogged, clean them with a water jet
(monthly or more frequently if the unit
operates in a dusty environment).

Check the mounting of the fan blades and
their balancing (every 4 months).
- Check that the unit is not too noisy (every 4
months).
